Refund policy

Digital Portraits:

Our digital portraits are delivered instantly after your order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of these portraits they are non-refundable. you are unsatisfied with your digital portrait, you have the option to request a re-do.

Canvases:

Canvases are processed and shipped within 3 hours of placing your order. We to inform you that we do not offer accept returns for our physical canvases. This is because each canvas is personalized with your little one's face, making it unable to be resold. You may cancel your order within the 3-hour window from the time of purchase. After the 3-hour mark, modifications or cancellations cannot be made.

Puzzles, Towels, and Blankets:

These items are processed and shipped within 3 hours of placing your order. Please note that once the 3-hour mark has passed, modifications or cancellations cannot be made. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product. We will be happy to assist you and resolve any concerns you may have.
